I got a call from this number saying they were from Virgin Media, telling me there was an issue with my router. They wanted me to switch on my computer and log into a secure website so they could fix the problem. I said it wasn’t a good time, and then the guy started getting pretty rude, threatening to send an engineer round to cut off my internet if I didn’t comply. I told him to go ahead and even tried to mess with him a bit - I enjoy seeing how long I can keep these scammers on the line. Eventually, he just told me to screw off. Not exactly the way a professional would behave, right?
