I received a call from this number, purporting to be from Virgin Media, claiming there was an issue with my router. They insisted that I should switch on my computer and connect to a supposedly secure website to diagnose the problem so they could resolve it. When I mentioned that it wasn’t a good time for me, the caller became rather hostile, threatening to send an engineer to disconnect my router if I didn't comply. Amused by his tactics, I cheekily suggested he go ahead, all while enjoying the moment of deliberately wasting his time. Ultimately, his frustration got the better of him, and he told me to 'f off.' Quite unprofessional of him, wouldn’t you agree?
