This is truly the most dreadful experience I've encountered. They're trying to peddle land, of all things! The call comes through on my landline, and they're insistent on snagging my mobile number. Whatever you do, do not share your mobile with them. Just don't!

Kingswood Land - another one of those suspicious operations. A chap by the name of Charlie rang me, and he had this thick Cockney drawl. He mentioned he could offer a cracking deal on some land close to Cheltenham. At first glance, he appeared to be above board, and it’s possible that the deal could be legitimate. However, as pointed out by N3WBOY, this outfit only became a registered business on the 19th of August, 2010, instead of the 17th of April, 2010-coincidentally, just before the prior company, SRA Securities, was established on the 29th of March, 2010. It does make one wonder why they'd bother changing their company name so swiftly, doesn’t it?
