I reckon I'm a rubbish driver. Just had another crash! "Oh really?" They say. "No, listen, how did you even get this number?" Then that person just hangs up. The other driver was gone by then. So, blocked.

I searched for this company and found another number, 01282 693182. I rang them to ask nicely to be removed from their call list straight away. But the bloke I spoke to was really rude and said he didn’t like how I spoke to him! I told him I didn’t like getting spam calls on a Saturday morning! I rang the number folks were talking about and ended up with an estate agent in Lancashire. They said their “London” line had been hacked and was being used for spam calls. Apparently, they’ve had loads of calls all day and were really sorry about the mix-up.

Just got a call from these lot today. They said I’d been in an accident recently, but I don’t even drive yet so that’s impossible. So, I played along and said it was true as a joke. Then they passed me onto someone else, and I told them to get lost before hanging up. WATCH OUT FOR THIS SCAM!!!

Answered call and they just hung up straight away. Seems like they’re probably scoping out which numbers pick up so they can sell the info later. It’s a shame these firms and muppets keep doing this. Feel free to block them, but it’s only a matter of time before a new number rings again in a month or so.
