I'm constantly receiving calls from a number linked to someone called Clare, costing me £38! I've no idea who that is. I mistakenly picked up once, and all I heard was a 'hello' before I hung up. It's made me wary that it might be some sort of scam. I really want to block this pesky number, but I'm not quite sure of the steps to take. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
