Some bloke called Stephen rang me, said he was with "UK Handset" and that he could help block nuisance calls. I told him he was actually one of those annoying calls and he just ended the call straight away.

Got a call from a guy named David, sounded Asian, telling me he'd stop all those annoying marketing calls and nuisance calls. He phoned my home number and somehow already knew my name and where I live. When I asked him where he got that info from, he just clammed up. I told him I’m ex-directory and registered with the TPS, so he really shouldn't be ringing me. As soon as I said that, he just hung up on me. Pretty sure it’s some kind of scam!
