I got a call from 02055665566 today, had no clue who it was. Just went ahead and blocked it so they can't ring me again.

Sounds like the call was from Smiley Network Limited, their registered address is 37 Fint Close, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU3 3LX, at least that’s what the bloke with the dodgy English told me. Tried to ring the number back but it wouldn't connect, came up as unrecognised or something. Feels a bit scammy to me, maybe it’s just some small operation run by one person? Just another annoying call where they asked for someone else who ain’t me at all.

Seriously, no point trying. These calls come from overseas and the TPS really can’t help with them at all.

This morning, I got a call from a bloke with an accent about blocking numbers on my landline. I told him I wasn't interested and asked him not to ring me back. Despite that, he kept ringing me another five times!
