Total waste of time.9 yearsThey rang back once more but weren’t too happy with my voicemail spiel: “We’re screening calls here, so please say your name and leave a message after the beep, and someone will get in touch.” After hearing what others have said about similar calls, I’m starting to think this could be pretty dodgy.9 yearsSo, I picked up this call and all I got was a recorded voice saying "Goodbye." It felt like a pointless bother, so I'm guessing they're just testing to see if the number is actually in use. To stop it from happening again, I blocked the number using the blocking feature on my landline. Also, if you’re fed up with unknown numbers calling you, you might want to try Anonymous Call Rejection - it's helped me cut down on calls from hidden numbers.
