DO NOT PICK UP OR RING THEM BACK Got a weird automated message from a supposed Parcel Hero number saying they’d attempt delivery again or that you could call them. Had a bit of a look since we’ve been thinking about hiring Parcel Hero for some jobs, contacted them directly and they said this number has nothing to do with them. Definitely not legit.

Kept ringing for a second then cut off right before I could pick up. They never tried again after that. Got a few calls like that, feels like a scam to me.

Got an automated phone call claiming to be from Parcel Hero. It said no one was free to answer, but I never phoned them - they called my work! The call made it seem like we’d dialled their number, which was confusing. I hung up straight away ‘cause it felt like some sort of new scam. I’ve never come across Parcel Hero before and definitely didn’t ask for a call from them.
