4 monthsGot a phone call outta nowhere saying I was owed some cash and they wanted my loan card number. I asked them what the money was for and they said it was from an insurance claim with Aviva. I asked what kind of claim it was and what I'd claimed for, but they just said they had to verify me before they could give any details. Then they asked for my loan card number, not my bank account or sort code, which felt really dodgy. Watch out, folks.AvivaSubmit Your Own Report (020 4638 9856)
