7 monthsReally thankful to BT Infrastructure for making my digital move so smooth and upgrading my broadband speed without any hassle. They were proper helpful throughout!BT Infrastructure7 monthsSomeone rang saying they were from BT about the local phone mast being out of order. But when I mentioned my own phone problem, they said they could only help with business mobiles and handsets (which were working fine anyway). It quickly became clear they were just pushing a new phone system - they started asking how many mobiles we used and that sort of thing. Just a heads up, the mast really has gone down nearby, so be cautious. They use this kind of info to make themselves sound authentic, but really they’re just salespeople trying to trick you into buying stuff.BTSubmit Your Own Report (020 4632 8292)
