Yesterday, I got a call from a bloke called Corey who said he was ringing from BT about shutting down my old copper phone line. He was pretty clear about what needed to happen and told me an engineer would have to come out to sort it. We set a date for the visit, and the engineer showed up right on time and got the job done quickly. Overall, the whole thing was explained properly and dealt with in a very professional way.
