I gave them my details like my phone number, email and name, then they kept asking me for a verification code over and over. It felt a bit dodgy, so I stopped giving them anything else. But later on, I got emails saying someone from Punjab, India logged into my email and Zoom accounts and even changed my password. Really sketchy stuff!

I rang them back and they said they were calling for O2. Apparently my O2 pay as you go SIM won’t work anymore because of an upgrade from version 3.2 to 3.8, so they said they’ll send me a new SIM card.
