Scam. Claimed they knew I was on EE and would reduce my monthly bill. I’m not on EE and it’s a PAYG phone as well, so there is no monthly bill as such. Definitive scam.

Don't fall for it! Got a call from someone claiming they were from my phone provider, saying I could get a 50% discount on my plan. They said I just had to send back a code they texted me. Turns out, it's a scam to get into your phone account. Be careful and don’t reply!
