Got a call from someone claiming to be with EE, pushing a 40% bill discount. They sent me a six-digit code by text and wanted me to tell them the number. When I said I hadn’t got it, they sent another and kept pressing for the code, promising to tell me my new payment only after. I asked what I was paying currently, but they refused to say and insisted I give the code first. Of course, I said no and ended the call quickly.
