Tbh, I reckon it’s defo a sales call. They rang our workplace’s first aid line outta the blue, so I’m guessing they’re just cold-calling folks without asking. When I tried to ring them back, all I got was a hold message saying all the agents were busy. Pretty annoying if you ask me.
