About 2 years back, I got a call from some bloke offering to fix my washing machine. Turns out, he ended up taking money from my bank account twice without any proper agreement. When I rang up 4 months later to complain about a problem, all I got was their answerphone and never managed to talk to a real person. Pretty clear to me it was a total SCAM.
