Got a call from someone claiming to be from BT about having an active analogue line with an open ticket that needs attention within 48 hours. When I requested an email confirmation, they flat out refused, saying they don’t do emails. The voice on the phone was really odd, like it was half human, half robot. When I asked again for an email, the robotic voice shouted ‘NO’ and then the guy repeated it. Proper strange experience.
