Really nice woman from BT rang me up. She organised for a technician to come round and help me switch from 4com. They sorted out an upgrade for all my phones and boosted my internet speed as well. The deal was part of a promotion they were running, and it did take a while to finally leave 4com behind, but in the end, it went super smoothly. Absolutely happy with how BT handled everything!

I got a call from this really persistent woman claiming she was with BT. She kept trying to convince me to upgrade my wifi and phone plans. When I asked for any details about my account, she was clueless. She was also keen to set up an appointment straight away but refused to email me anything to confirm her identity. Felt a bit dodgy if you ask me.
