7 daysGot a call from someone claiming to be “Danny at BT” who said there was an open ticket with Openreach about turning off our phone line. When I told him we don’t even have a landline and that he wasn’t talking to the right person for the account, he got really rude and aggressive. He kept insisting we were wrong and shouted that he’d disconnect the line anyway before just hanging up on me. I phoned BT afterwards using a verified number and they confirmed they hadn’t tried to get in touch at all. Definitely a scam call.DannyBTOpenreachSubmit Your Own Report (020 4621 6460)
