Beware, this is a fraud pretending to be from O2. They claim you’ve been upgraded and promise a free mobile. Then they’ll ask for your login details, use them to order a pricier phone, and even change your account password and name. The phone gets delivered, but soon after you’ll get a call saying they’ve sent the wrong one and will arrange a pickup. They send their team to collect the phone, but it never goes back to O2, and you’re stuck paying for a device you never really owned. Trying to fix the mess with genuine O2 is a proper headache too.
