5 monthsSome bloke called himself David from Luton, claimed he was a reform fan and all that rubbish. Ring me up to chat about me place and these annoying little mould patches I’ve got. He went on about being in the UK, trying to find love or something, but forgot to mention he was actually ringing from Puri. I told him where to shove it and hung up sharpish. Tried doing some over-the-top yoga moves after to clear my head, but no luck - still feeling blocked up. Looks like I’m not going out tonight, that’s for sure.DavidLutonUKPuri5 monthsGot a random call from this number, so I rang them back a couple of times. Each time, someone with an Indian accent picked up and said "Hello, who’s this?" then just went quiet. Not very convincing if it's meant to be a scam! 😂5 monthsGot a call from a number I didn't recognise, so I rang back. A bloke picked up but just stayed silent, wouldn’t say a word. Not sure, but seems like it might be a scam. The number showed it was from London.London5 monthsGot a call from some call centre in India saying they’re housing repair experts. Tried calling back, but all I got was “Hi, who’s this?” or “Hello, who’s this?”. Honestly, I’d say it’s better to report this number to your phone company.India6 monthsMy phone provider marked this number as spam or some kinda scam. Has anyone else had this happen?6 monthsI stayed quiet when they called, and then the line just got cut off.6 monthsI've just tried calling 02046203807 from my work phone after they didn't pick up on my mobile, but the line's dead and says not in service. Seems a bit dodgy, probably some sort of scam.6 monthsSo got a call with loads of noise, like a call centre, and some bloke with an Indian accent said he was Daniel from the ‘social housing support team’. Then the call just dropped out. Feels dodgy cos I’m not in any social housing and honestly, Daniel isn’t a usual Indian name, is it? Pretty sure it’s a scam.Daniel6 monthsYesterday, I got a call from a guy with a strong Indian accent. As soon as I answered, he said he was with some social housing support group and asked if my home had any damage. When I asked who he was and what he wanted, he got a bit uneasy and said he was trying to help me get some compensation. I told him I wasn’t interested and he ended the call. The very next day, the same number rang me again but I didn’t pick up. The voicemail it left was just dead silence for a bit. Definitely a scam!7 monthsGot a call saying the landlord requested some work on leaks and mould. When I started asking questions, they just ended the call. Definitely felt like a scam.Submit Your Own Report (020 4620 3807)
