Someone phoned me claiming to be from EE, said they wanted to cancel my contract. They sent a one-off code which I gave them, then I got an email telling me my password had been changed. I managed to reset everything on my side, rang up EE and they told me it definitely wasn't their call.

Got a call claiming to be from Sky, but it definitely wasn’t them. They were asking for my Sky iD and said my password was incorrect. I wasn’t convinced so I phoned the real Sky number myself, turns out my password was fine. After that, I just went ahead and changed my password directly through Sky to be safe.
