Got a call from someone claiming to be with O2, saying my SIM was about to expire in a week and they needed to upgrade it. They said it was because of some 4G problems and that they were switching everyone over to 5G for improved service. Then they asked for my bank info to set up a direct debit. I phoned O2 myself afterwards - total SCAM!

Phone showed as possible spam, so I just didn't pick up.

So this bloke rings up pretending to be from Vodafone and T Mobile, couldn’t even decide if he was called Tom or Robert when he started chatting about mobile deals. I barely understood a word he said. When I joked that it’s funny he’s trying to sell me phone plans through such a rubbish line, he wasn’t too pleased!
