Got a call from what BT says is an invalid number, but it was one of those energy scams. Scariest bit was they actually knew my name, even tho I’ve never had it on any phone book or directory. The caller was pushy and sounded like English wasn’t their first language, and definitely not following the Telephone Preference Service rules. Really creepy stuff.

Got a call from a bloke with an Asian accent, saying he wanted to get approval for spray foam and that he'd provide a certificate. This happened twice in just 15 minutes, with him ringing from two different numbers - must be because I'd blocked the first one. I told him we’re on the TPS list and that if he wanted, he could write us a letter instead.
