Got a call from some call centre in India using an internet phone line. They said they were from O2 but it seemed like they were dialing numbers totally at random. Pretty sure it’s a scam, so best to avoid it.

It’s definitely a con. They said they were from Virgin Media or O2 and offered a SIM upgrade for just £1. They even got all my info - address, payment details, backup email and everything - so I thought it was legit. Then they attempted to order an iPhone 17 using my info through O2, but luckily O2 blocked the purchase in time.
