Somebody pretending to be from Vodafone called me, saying they wanted to upgrade my SIM. They wanted my address and bank info, which I declined to give. Then the bloke started threatening me with a £500 fine for supposedly 'wasting their time'. I told him I'd get in touch with Vodafone and sort out the fine, and they just hung up straight away.

Somebody rang me saying they were with Vodafone. This is the sixth time today this same number has called me. The other calls came through on my home phones, and they said they were from Virgin Media, claiming there was some kind of fault with my internet. They tried to say they could fix it by using "the gadget right in front of me" or something like that... I told them they must be having a laugh. Then she just ended the call.
