Her response was quite aggressive as she insisted on the postcode, to which I pointed out that, as an O2 staff member, she would already have that data. At this juncture, I decided to end the call. It was evident she wasn’t pleased with my approach, and by the time I figured out how to block the number, she had already tried to ring me back three more times! I would strongly advise steering clear of these individuals.
