Heads up, everyone! This is definitely a con! They claimed I could get a 40% reduction on my bills, all supposedly as a token of appreciation for being a steadfast O2 customer. Don't fall for it!

I got a call claiming to be from O2 saying I was a valued customer and they’d give me 40% off my bill. Just a heads up, never share any one-time passwords, and always make sure the emails are genuinely from O2. A legit email from them will include the last 4 digits of your main phone number somewhere in the message. Stay careful!

Got a call from someone claiming to be from O2, sounded like they had an Asian accent, telling me I’m a “loyal customer” so they could chat about deals. Thing is, I don’t even use O2. Watch out, this doesn’t seem to follow TPS regulations.
