Got a call from someone pretending to be with EE saying I could get the new iPhone 15 Pro Max for only £30 a month, with unlimited calls and data. They didn’t know anything about my existing contract or any other info. When I said I wasn’t interested in upgrading, the person got really pushy and started arguing. Proper dodgy call!

Got a call from this number, someone pretending to be from EE but their behaviour was nothing like any official EE contact I’ve had before. Later on, I phoned them back and was met with a rude “why you call me?” straight away. Turns out, it’s a scammer working independently out of Pakistan, calling himself “Michael.” After pushing him a bit, he cracked and actually admitted to the scam. Seemed really desperate, even teared up saying he’s struggling to earn money honestly. Whatever you do, don’t share your personal info or bank details with this number!
