This number has rang me quite a few times over the past few weeks but they never bother to leave a message, which makes me think it’s a bit dodgy.

Got a dodgy text that looked like it was from O2, but it was a total scam. They’re faking the sender to make it seem like it's legit. Watch out for those!

Got a call earlier supposedly from 02, saying they needed my email to sort out a sim upgrade because apparently reception has been bad. I wasn’t comfortable giving it out, then they sent me a couple of texts with a one-time code. It all looked pretty legit, but the phone number they called from wasn’t an 02 number, which made me suspicious. When I told them I wouldn’t share any personal details, they started getting pushy. I just ended the call.

Kept getting calls from this number, trying to push me to change my sim or phone, but it’s defo not from my network. They kept saying my phone isn’t 4G compatible and I need to do something quick or I’d lose service in a couple of days. Total hassle.

So, this call said it was from EE, but I haven't had them as my provider for ages. Definitely a scam trying to trick me.

Got a call claiming to be from 02 asking for details about my account, trying to get into my phone. Luckily, I’m too sharp to fall for that. I always check out shows like BBC's Scam Interceptors and watch Jim Branning on YouTube to stay one step ahead.

They rang me like five times back to back. I missed the first call but they just kept buzzing away nonstop.

I got a call from someone claiming to be EE, saying they wanted to send me a new SIM. But when I refused to share my details on the phone, they started getting pushy.
