I picked up the phone and after a brief pause, there was a quick burst of background noise like one of those call centre places, then suddenly the call just dropped. Didn’t even get a chance to waste their time or rant at them, which I usually enjoy doing now I’m retired. Bit of a let down, really.

I've signed up with TPS but this number keeps ringing me up out of the blue. It’s really annoying getting these calls when I thought I was protected.

This London number called me claiming to be from an energy firm nearby, but I wasn’t really up for their deal. I’ve gone ahead and blocked it!
