Got a call from some Asian bloke speaking English the way I’d mumble Swahili… thing is, I don’t even know Swahili! Definitely felt like a total scam.

Definitely a scam, they claim to be from O2 and say there’s an amazing offer on right now. They usually ring up pretending to sort out a replacement phone O2 supposedly sent. What actually happens is they intercept the device, you end up getting billed for it, but the scammers are the ones with the new phone. Then it’s left to you to convince O2 you’ve been duped, all the while paying for something you never received. Absolute nightmare.

I got a call from someone saying they were from my network, Three, but Three isn’t even my phone company. They were just trying to push a new mobile plan on me.

This week, I've been getting calls around lunchtime from numbers beginning with 2024587****. I don’t pick up and make sure to block them, but then the next day, a new number pops up with the same start but different last four digits. It’s super annoying!
