When I got a call on my mobile, the person actually used my name which caught me off guard. They said it was about my broadband and some price hikes, trying to pitch me a new deal. But when I asked which broadband they were talking about, it turned out to be a completely different company to the one I use. I then requested they send me details in writing, and that was the moment they just cut off the call.
