I've received a dodgy message asking me to get in touch about a one-time passcode. Definitely sounds like a scam to me!

I just received a dodgy phone call from someone posing as BT, claiming they wanted to process a refund for me. They asked for my bank details to do it, which raised all sorts of red flags! To make matters worse, they even had my address. Quite concerning, to say the least!
