This was obviously a scam. They offered me an iPhone 11 Pro deal for £40 monthly, sounded too good to be true and I usually can spot dodgy stuff. They started by taking £1 from my bank, then another £1, and kept doing it. I was bombarded with calls and texts afterwards, plus emails about the contract renewal. Somehow they even knew my existing phone plan costs, which was quite creepy. Be careful out there and make sure you alert your bank straight away if this happens to you.

Got a call claiming to be from Virgin Media or O2 about sending a new SIM card, asked for a 6 digit code. They said not to share that code with anyone from O2, seemed really suspicious to me. Definitely felt like a scam!
