Got a call from this bloke who was proper loud and pushy, saying something about my "windows" and claimed he was from S.W. London. I initially thought he meant my laptop or something! He kept shouting and cutting me off with tons of questions, didn’t sound professional at all. Honestly, it was a pretty stressful and grim encounter. Made me feel quite uneasy, definitely not a nice experience.
