Got a call from Brite Advisers about pensions but I’m in the EU. Dont trust cold calls pushing pension or investment stuff, best to just ignore them altogether.

Got a call from Brite Advisers about pension transfer advice. They rang me while I’m in the EU, and I thought cold-calling about pensions to folks in the UK was against the rules, but it seems if they call UK people while they’re in the EU, it’s a loophole or something. The person on the phone didn’t seem confident at all, kept fumbling through their script. Honestly, I’d stay well clear of any pension or investment offers that come out of nowhere like that.
