2 monthsThis was definitely a dodgy call, best to just block that number.4 monthsOn the 25th February 2026, I got a call asking for personal details like my identity and bank info, saying it was regarding a PPI payout for around £8,000. They then told me there’d be a follow-up call on the 26th February, which did happen. That's when things got dodgy. They said to send a £100 Paysave Voucher to have the cheque sent to me. They promised the courier would pay me back the £100 on delivery. But then they wanted the voucher code to "verify" it... crash! That’s your £100 vanished and no courier ever shows up with the cheque.
