I got a call saying it was from "LomixOne". They kept asking for someone called "Edmund", after already trying "John" then "Michael", just to get me to close my account. Then "Edmund" asked if I'd done the verification, but I'd already sorted that on the first call. If they'd actually kept my documents, why couldn’t they see it? Honestly, I don't think this is a legit firm at all. From what I’ve seen, it feels like a total scam.
