He told me his name was Norman but when I asked again (hard to catch with the noise and his strong accent), he got all defensive and snapped, ‘I don’t owe you any explanation.’ I told him, mate, you called me first, so it’s less about explaining and more about being honest - not exactly a brilliant way to kick things off. Then he just hung up on me. Typical, grumpy guy! 😂
