There was one occasion when I picked up and was greeted by a right nasty piece of work who audibly spat, "sod your family!" I've attempted to block them, yet they seem to have a multitude of other numbers at their disposal, constantly ringing. Just to list a few: +44 20 4577 3196, +32 2 808 89 77, +32 2 808 36 88, and +44 7859 595813 are all involved. Quite the nuisance, I must say!
