I held off since I wanted to check if the number matched the one on my policy, and it didn’t. I rang Sky myself and they said it was a scam. Later, a man called from the same number. I explained I’d already checked with Sky and my policy wasn’t up for renewal yet. He then said I had another policy that was due. He came across as quite rude and pushy, so I ended the call.
