I got a call from someone claiming to be from Microsoft support, saying they were calling from Reading. They told me they found an issue on my computer and somehow knew my full name and address. Every time I hung up, they called back - must’ve been about seven times - and even left a voicemail on my phone. I checked with Microsoft, and they said they don’t make unsolicited calls like that. Honestly, it’s left me feeling quite concerned.
