Someone rang me, claiming they were from O2, saying I could get a discount because of bad service. They tried to get me to share my bank info, but luckily I didn’t fall for it. The call sounded really legit, with them starting off by mentioning they knew about my poor service and wanted to help with a discount... I’ve since let O2 know about it and ended up having to update my account details just to be safe.
