3 monthsGot a call supposedly from EE, they mentioned something about cutting off my services and asked if I wanted to pick up a new SIM card - then just dropped the call.EE3 months020 4576 6938 is a complete rip off! They claim to be EE, but no way, that number hasn't belonged to EE for yonks. Definitely dodgy.EE2 yearsOn 15/11/24 around 2:22 pm, I got a call from 02045762039. The bloke sounded Indian and claimed to be "Daniel from O2," saying I could get 40% off my phone bill. He asked me for a six-digit code he said was sent to me, but I told him I hadn’t received anything. After a while, I gave him "123456" but it didn’t do anything, then tried "123π567" just for a laugh, but no luck there either. He just ended the call after that. Heads up, never share any O2 codes with these callers - they’ll take over your account and rack up thousands on your name.Daniel2 yearsHad a call from a private number on 16/11/24, normally I ignore these but I picked up this time. The caller mentioned something about 02 with an Indian accent. I told them I was tied up and to ring back the next day. They then asked what time would be good, but I just ended the call. A couple of days later, another private number call came through, but I didn’t pick up. Today, I got a call from 02045762039, ignored it and blocked the number straight away. Definitely not genuine.2 yearsI got texts from someone saying they were with O2, but the emails never showed up. The texts did though, and it felt fishy. Don’t trust these messages or click on any links they send you, and definitely don’t share any info they ask for.
