I was waiting for a call so I just picked up when the phone rang. The caller politely asked for my name, which I gave. Then I told them I wasn’t interested and ended the call. After that, they got really nasty and aggressive. Seems like a rude scammer who keeps calling from loads of different numbers.

I’ve come across some rather intrusive marketing surveys that seem to chatter on without giving you a moment’s pause to speak. They cut off the line the moment you mention wanting your number taken off their list, leaving you feeling rather exasperated!

Got a call from some cold caller and as soon as I picked up, I told them they had the wrong person. They just brushed it off like “that’s alright, maybe you’re right”. Didn’t bother with them after that and went ahead to block the number.

It's rather perplexing how these individuals manage to get hold of your number, especially when data protection laws seem to prohibit calling someone without consent. Just the other day, I eliminated one of their calls, and not even a minute later, they rang my wife's phone, looking for me! Isn’t there a law against selling personal information? I’m seriously considering lodging a complaint if they bother us again.
