I've been getting these automated calls about boiler grants practically every day for weeks. Even though I keep pressing the opt-out option, they just keep ringing. If I don't answer, they leave messages on my answerphone. Would seriously recommend blocking them if there's a way to.

It seems they were trying to carry out some sort of survey, though they never disclosed how they obtained my number or the specifics of the survey itself. Quite amusingly, they resorted to a bit of foul language when I declined. What a laugh!

She kept repeating something about "advantageous"-having scoured the comments here, I now realise she was actually referring to the "benefit office". To set the record straight, there’s no such thing as a "benefit office", and I've never been on any sort of benefits, to begin with. Her thick accent coupled with an overwhelming amount of background clatter made it quite the challenge to comprehend her. I decided to hang up when she mentioned she had a question. To top it off, she was rather rude. She had previously contacted my girlfriend using the same number, and when my girlfriend explained she was caught up in a video call, the woman audaciously responded, "Yes, but I’ll be quick."

There's some sort of advantage to this, isn't there? I generally pose the question about which company they're representing, and if they can’t divulge that information, I simply choose not to engage. If it turns out to be a random caller, I tend to request that they remove my number from their lists, after which I promptly block their number.

I found it rather tough to decipher the articulate lady on the line; her accent seemed to be quite thick, possibly of Chinese origin. After a few attempts, I gathered she was representing a company called ‘Beneficial’ and wanted to pose a few inquiries. I informed her that she could indeed ask away, but I was unable to provide any answers as I was still in the dark regarding her identity. She then insisted we proceed with the questions. I confirmed which age range I belonged to but refrained from assuring her about whether she had my correct address. She practically stated, "your address is… alright?" and swiftly moved on to her next question when I didn’t respond affirmatively! In the end, I decided to hang up as she wouldn’t repeat herself, and it was becoming patently clear that I was dealing with a cold call.

Received a call from a lady with a thick accent claiming she was from some place called 'Beneficial' or something along those lines. She was quite loud, and I found it difficult to comprehend what she was saying. She wanted to verify my age group, and when she inquired about my address, I decided enough was enough and ended the call. Interestingly, they had my address right, which is a bit concerning. I've now blocked the number.

A rather dubious experience, to say the least. She didn’t quite grasp my disinterest, despite me informing her clearly that I wasn't keen on participating in her little survey. She insisted it would be a swift process, but after reiterating my refusal for the third time, she abruptly cut off the call. Quite the audacity, if you ask me!

They initially came round to the house, then rang me up afterwards to check on a survey. That wouldn’t have bothered me normally, but they abruptly stopped the conversation once I told them I don’t actually own the place. Really felt like a total waste of my time and quite rude, to be honest. I’m pretty annoyed by how they handled the whole thing.
