Like others have said, this one sounds like a scam. They mentioned something about diesel emissions and then started asking how I bought my car. Definitely fishy.

They keep ringing from different numbers, but it's always some diesel emissions claims outfit. They somehow already have my name, phone number, and even info about my old car. Every time I pick up, the person on the other end usually sounds like they’re not from the UK. When I check the caller ID, it shows up as Twilio Ireland Limited. Proper annoying!
