I picked up the phone and there was just silence, no one said anything for nearly 9 seconds before hanging up. When I rang them back, it went straight to a robo message that sounded like an automated helper saying, "Thanks for returning our call, press 1 to opt out or 2 to speak to an agent." I tried both choices, but instead of helping, the line just cut off straight away each time.
