Some bloke from the Twilio network just keeps ringing me out of the blue, no point answering. It’s basically spam and a bit of a nuisance. I’ve started blocking any numbers that pop up as Twilio, especially those beginning with 020 4572. Honestly, I recommend you do the same - it’s made a big difference for me. Twilio seems to just rake in cash off these scammy calls and doesn’t lift a finger to stop it. Not my problem anymore though, so cheers and goodbye.
